MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases today, October 24 the complete results of October 2025 Electronics Technician (ECT) board exam, including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers.
The Board of Electronics Engineering (BEE) administered the second ECT licensure exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on October 20, 2025.

Release of Results
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the target release of ECT board exam results is on Friday, October 24, 2025.
Note that results may be released on later date without prior notice.
Previous Examinations
The top-performing examinees in the April 2025 Electronics Technician Licensure Examination (ECTLE) are as follows:
Six examinees shared the first spot, each with a rating of 95.00%: Jayvee Caballes Fuentebella and Jan Frederick Alegado Valenton from the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) – Visayas; Ericko Louise Pallarca Glodove from the University of Santo Tomas; Allan Rule Pangan from the Cebu Institute of Technology – University; and Daniel Raguini Vicho from the University of the Philippines (UP) – Diliman.
Meanwhile, three examinees shared the second spot with a rating of 94.00%: Mon Nathaniel Lutche Besana from Sultan Kudarat Polytechnic State College – Isulan; Laurenz Clyde Añora Garcia from Mindanao State University – General Santos City; and Charlothe John Isula Tablizo from Mapúa Malayan Colleges Mindanao.
In the October 2024 Electronics Technician Licensure Examination, Niele Shem Geronimo Bañas from the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) – Visayas and Ivan Victor Juvida Lau from Mapúa University – Manila tied for the top spot, each with a rating of 93.00%. Following them in second place, with identical ratings of 92.00%, were Marion Joseph Leyson Uy from the University of the Philippines (UP) – Diliman, Aubrey Gay Juacalla Ronquillo from FEU Institute of Technology, and Jagad Castillon Suyo from Ateneo de Davao University.
During the April 2024 Electronics Technician board exam, Dexter Pelaez Astorga from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) – Sto. Tomas claimed first place with a rating of 95.00%, while Sean Christopher Dalusong Garcia from the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) – Manila followed in second with 93.00%.
In the October 2023 Electronics Technician board exam, Jedidiah Yandog Kosca from FEU Alabang and Rigil Kent Dacayanan Olegario from Mapúa University – Manila shared the top spot, each obtaining 95.00%. John March Urbano Celeste from the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) – Visayas ranked second with a rating of 94.00%.
