MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will announce the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the October 2025 Electronics Engineer (ECE) board exam on October 24, 2025 (Friday), four (4) working days after the last day of exam.
The Board of Electronics Engineering (BEE) administered the licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on October 18 and 19, 2025.
Examination for the Electronics Technicians (ECT) was administered on October 20, 2025.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the October 2025 ECE board exam results will be released on Friday, October 24, 2025.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
Previous Examinations
In the April 2025 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination, Nathaniel Padilla Dimaunahan from the University of the Philippines (UP) – Diliman topped the board with an impressive rating of 92.30%. His fellow UP Diliman graduate, Zylm Mesa Sabater, followed closely in second place with 92.10%.
During the October 2024 Electronics Engineer board exam, Patrick John Gabuna Santisidad from the University of the Philippines (UP) – Diliman led the passers with a rating of 91.90%, while his schoolmate, Aaron Clark Miniano Isurita, secured the second spot with 90.00%.
Meanwhile, in the April 2024 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination, Niele Shem Geronimo Bañas from the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) – Visayas earned the top rank with 91.80%. Joaquin Mateo Rivera Jison from UP Diliman placed second with 91.10%.
In the October 2023 Electronics Engineer board exam, Angelo Cabalu Jacobo from Bulacan State University (BulSU) – Malolos claimed the highest spot with 89.80%, followed by June Lorenz Escobal Capin from Mapúa University – Manila, who ranked second with 87.30%.
