CELE RESULTS 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the September 2026 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE) results today, October 2, 2026 (Tuesday) based on PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025.

The Civil Engineer Licensure Exam results include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools and schedule of registration and oath-taking.

As announced, 6,337 out of 17,062 (37.14%) passed the September 2026 CELE.

The results of examination with respect to eight (8) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

The CELE was held on September 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Ilocos Sur.

The members of the Board of Civil Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, Chairperson; Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero, Members.

Registration Details

Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be issued through online registration.

Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for the registration.

Date of Registration: To be announced

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
  • valid government-issued ID

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Ratings

All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.

Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.

Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.

Oath-taking

The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
